RAISE Model

The Responsible AI use in Student-centered Engineering (RAISE) Model embeds AI assistance into each step of the Engineering Design Process (EDP) while explicitly preserving essential student cognitive roles. The model ensures AI acts as a scaffold to accelerate low-cognitive-load tasks while keeping decision-making, creativity, and critical thinking in the hands of students.
